This is a clear lesson to people, and guidance and teaching for those who are mindful of God.
هَـٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
hādhā bayānun lilnnāsi wahudan wamawʿiẓatun lil'muttaqīna
