at God’s help. He helps whoever He pleases: He is the Mighty, the Merciful.
بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
binaṣri l-lahi yanṣuru man yashāu wahuwa l-ʿazīzu l-raḥīmu

- in God’s succour: [for] He gives succour to whomever He wills, since He alone is almighty, a dispenser of grace.

- In the victory of Allāh. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
