This scripture, free from all doubt, has been sent down from the Lord of the Worlds.
تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
tanzīlu l-kitābi lā rayba fīhi min rabbi l-ʿālamīna
