This Scripture is sent down from God, the Almighty, the All Knowing,
تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ
tanzīlu l-kitābi mina l-lahi l-ʿazīzi l-ʿalīmi
