Why do their rabbis and scholars not forbid them to speak sinfully and consume what is unlawful? How evil their deeds are!
لَوْلَا يَنْهَاهُمُ الرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالْأَحْبَارُ عَنْ قَوْلِهِمُ الْإِثْمَ وَأَكْلِهِمُ السُّحْتَ ۚ لَبِئْسَ مَا كَانُوا يَصْنَعُونَ
lawlā yanhāhumu l-rabāniyūna wal-aḥbāru ʿan qawlihimu l-ith'ma wa-aklihimu l-suḥ'ta labi'sa mā kānū yaṣnaʿūna
