It is most hateful to God that you say things and then do not do them;
كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَنْ تَقُولُوا مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ
kabura maqtan ʿinda l-lahi an taqūlū mā lā tafʿalūna
