Quran 16:108 — An-Nahl, verse 108

These are people whose hearts, hearing, and sight have been closed off by God: they are heedless,
أُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ ۖ وَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْغَافِلُونَ
ulāika alladhīna ṭabaʿa l-lahu ʿalā qulūbihim wasamʿihim wa-abṣārihim wa-ulāika humu l-ghāfilūna

- Those -- God has set a seal on their hearts, and their hearing, and their eyes, and those -- they are the heedless ones;

- They whose hearts and whose hearing and whose sight God has sealed -it is they, they who are heedless!
- Sahih International
- Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allāh has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless.
