They are dead, not living. They do not know when they will be raised up.
أَمْوَاتٌ غَيْرُ أَحْيَاءٍ ۖ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ
amwātun ghayru aḥyāin wamā yashʿurūna ayyāna yub'ʿathūna
