Quran 19:87 — Maryam, verse 87

no one will have power to intercede except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy.
لَا يَمْلِكُونَ الشَّفَاعَةَ إِلَّا مَنِ اتَّخَذَ عِنْدَ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ عَهْدًا
lā yamlikūna l-shafāʿata illā mani ittakhadha ʿinda l-raḥmāni ʿahdan
