Quran 22:16 — Al-Hajj, verse 16

In this way, We send the Quran down as clear messages, and God guides whoever He will.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَنْ يُرِيدُ
wakadhālika anzalnāhu āyātin bayyinātin wa-anna l-laha yahdī man yurīdu

- Even so We have sent it down as signs, clear signs, and for that God guides whom He desires.
