Quran 25:67 — Al-Furqaan, verse 67

They are those who are neither wasteful nor niggardly when they spend, but keep to a just balance;
وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنْفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًا
wa-alladhīna idhā anfaqū lam yus'rifū walam yaqturū wakāna bayna dhālika qawāman

- who, when they expend, are neither prodigal nor parsimonious, but between that is a just stand;
