Moses, I am God, the Mighty, the Wise.
يَا مُوسَىٰ إِنَّهُ أَنَا اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
yāmūsā innahu anā l-lahu l-ʿazīzu l-ḥakīmu
