Everyone in the heavens and earth belongs to Him, and all are obedient to Him.
وَلَهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ كُلٌّ لَهُ قَانِتُونَ
walahu man fī l-samāwāti wal-arḍi kullun lahu qānitūna
