This Scripture is sent down from God the Mighty, the Wise.
تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
tanzīlu l-kitābi mina l-lahi l-ʿazīzi l-ḥakīmi
