Quran 6:149 — Al-An'aam, verse 149

Say, ‘The conclusive argument belongs to God alone. Had He so willed He would have guided you all.’
قُلْ فَلِلَّهِ الْحُجَّةُ الْبَالِغَةُ ۖ فَلَوْ شَاءَ لَهَدَاكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
qul falillahi l-ḥujatu l-bālighatu falaw shāa lahadākum ajmaʿīna

- Say: 'To God belongs the argument conclusive; for had He willed, He would have guided you all.'
