Quran 64:11 — At-Taghaabun, verse 11

Misfortunes can only happen with God’s permission––He will guide the heart of anyone who believes in Him: God knows all things––
مَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۗ وَمَنْ يُؤْمِنْ بِاللَّهِ يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
mā aṣāba min muṣībatin illā bi-idh'ni l-lahi waman yu'min bil-lahi yahdi qalbahu wal-lahu bikulli shayin ʿalīmun

- No affliction befalls, except it be by the leave of God. Whosoever believes in God, He will guide his heart. And God has knowledge of everything.

- NO CALAMITY can ever befall [man] unless it be by God's leave: hence, whoever believes in God guides his [own] heart [towards this truth]; and God has full knowledge of everything.
- Sahih International
- No disaster strikes except by permission of Allāh. And whoever believes in Allāh - He will guide his heart. And Allāh is Knowing of all things.
