Quran 7:9 — Al-A'raaf, verse 9

and those whose good deeds are light will be the ones who have lost their souls through their wrongful rejection of Our messages.
وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا يَظْلِمُونَ
waman khaffat mawāzīnuhu fa-ulāika alladhīna khasirū anfusahum bimā kānū biāyātinā yaẓlimūna

- and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their soul for wronging Our signs.

- whereas those whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves by their wilful rejection of Our messages.
