Quran 78:37 — An-Naba, verse 37

from the Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between, the Lord of Mercy. They will have no authority from Him to speak.
رَبِّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الرَّحْمَـٰنِ ۖ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًا
rabbi l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wamā baynahumā l-raḥmāni lā yamlikūna min'hu khiṭāban
