Quran 9:2 — At-Tawba, verse 2

you [idolaters] may move freely about the land for four months, but you should bear in mind both that you will not escape God, and that God will disgrace those who defy [Him].
فَسِيحُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللَّهِ ۙ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ مُخْزِي الْكَافِرِينَ
fasīḥū fī l-arḍi arbaʿata ashhurin wa-iʿ'lamū annakum ghayru muʿ'jizī l-lahi wa-anna l-laha mukh'zī l-kāfirīna

- So travel freely, [O disbelievers], throughout the land [during] four months but know that you cannot cause failure to Allāh and that Allāh will disgrace the disbelievers.
