Quran 23:66 — Al-Muminoon, verse 66

Time and time again My messages were recited to you, but you turned arrogantly on your heels,
قَدْ كَانَتْ آيَاتِي تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَكُنْتُمْ عَلَىٰ أَعْقَابِكُمْ تَنْكِصُونَ
qad kānat āyātī tut'lā ʿalaykum fakuntum ʿalā aʿqābikum tankiṣūna
