How many towns We have destroyed! Our punishment came to them by night or while they slept in the afternoon:
وَكَمْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا فَجَاءَهَا بَأْسُنَا بَيَاتًا أَوْ هُمْ قَائِلُونَ
wakam min qaryatin ahlaknāhā fajāahā basunā bayātan aw hum qāilūna
