Quran 26:166 — Ash-Shu'araa, verse 166

and abandon the wives that God has created for you? You are exceeding all bounds,’
وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ
watadharūna mā khalaqa lakum rabbukum min azwājikum bal antum qawmun ʿādūna

- leaving your wives that your Lord created for you? Nay, but you are a people of transgressors.

- keeping yourselves aloof from all the [lawful] spouses whom your Sustainer has created for you? Nay, but you are people who transgress all bounds of what is right!”

- And leave what your Lord has created for you as mates? But you are a people transgressing."
