If We had sent it down to someone who was not an Arab,
وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَاهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ الْأَعْجَمِينَ
walaw nazzalnāhu ʿalā baʿḍi l-aʿjamīna
