Quran 6:103 — Al-An'aam, verse 103

No vision can take Him in, but He takes in all vision. He is the All Subtle, the All Aware.
لَا تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الْأَبْصَارَ ۖ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ
lā tud'rikuhu l-abṣāru wahuwa yud'riku l-abṣāra wahuwa l-laṭīfu l-khabīru

- The eyes attain Him not, but He attains the eyes; He is the All-subtle, the All-aware.

- No human vision can encompass Him, whereas He encompasses all human vision: for He alone is unfathomable, all-aware.
