The truth was confirmed and what they had produced came to nothing:
فَوَقَعَ الْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
fawaqaʿa l-ḥaqu wabaṭala mā kānū yaʿmalūna
