Quran 25:30 — Al-Furqaan, verse 30

The Messenger has said, ‘Lord, my people treat this Quran as something to be shunned,’
وَقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هَـٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَهْجُورًا
waqāla l-rasūlu yārabbi inna qawmī ittakhadhū hādhā l-qur'āna mahjūran

- The Messenger says, 'O my Lord, behold, my people have taken this Koran as a thing to be shunned.'

- AND [on that Day] the Apostle will say: “O my Sustainer! Behold, [some of] my people have come to regard this Qur’an as something [that ought to be] discarded!”

- And the Messenger has said, "O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Qur’ān as [a thing] abandoned."
