Quran 7:157Al-A'raaf, verse 157

who follow the Messenger- the unlettered prophet they find described in the Torah that is with them, and in the Gospel- who commands them to do right and forbids them to do wrong, who makes good things lawful to them and bad things unlawful, and relieves them of their burdens, and the iron collars that were on them. So it is those who believe him, honour and help him, and who follow the light which has been sent down with him, who will succeed.’

الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الرَّسُولَ النَّبِيَّ الْأُمِّيَّ الَّذِي يَجِدُونَهُ مَكْتُوبًا عِنْدَهُمْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ يَأْمُرُهُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَاهُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ وَيَضَعُ عَنْهُمْ إِصْرَهُمْ وَالْأَغْلَالَ الَّتِي كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِهِ وَعَزَّرُوهُ وَنَصَرُوهُ وَاتَّبَعُوا النُّورَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ مَعَهُ ۙ أُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

alladhīna yattabiʿūna l-rasūla l-nabiya l-umiya alladhī yajidūnahu maktūban ʿindahum fī l-tawrāti wal-injīli yamuruhum bil-maʿrūfi wayanhāhum ʿani l-munkari wayuḥillu lahumu l-ṭayibāti wayuḥarrimu ʿalayhimu l-khabāitha wayaḍaʿu ʿanhum iṣ'rahum wal-aghlāla allatī kānat ʿalayhim fa-alladhīna āmanū bihi waʿazzarūhu wanaṣarūhu wa-ittabaʿū l-nūra alladhī unzila maʿahu ulāika humu l-muf'liḥūna

21وَيُحَرِّمُwayuḥarrimuand makes unlawfulحرم
22عَلَيْهِمُʿalayhimufor them
23ٱلْخَبَـٰٓئِثَl-khabāithathe impure thingsخبث
24وَيَضَعُwayaḍaʿuand he relievesوضع
25عَنْهُمْʿanhumfrom them
26إِصْرَهُمْiṣ'rahumtheir burdenأصر
27وَٱلْأَغْلَـٰلَwal-aghlālaand the fettersغلل
28ٱلَّتِىallatīwhich
29كَانَتْkānatwereكون
30عَلَيْهِمْ ۚʿalayhimupon them
31فَٱلَّذِينَfa-alladhīnaSo those who
32ءَامَنُوا۟āmanūbelieveأمن
33بِهِۦbihiin him
34وَعَزَّرُوهُwaʿazzarūhuand honor himعزر
35وَنَصَرُوهُwanaṣarūhuand help himنصر
36وَٱتَّبَعُوا۟wa-ittabaʿūand followتبع
37ٱلنُّورَl-nūrathe lightنور
